- Al Yasmeen International Company,

- Glory Generation International National Schools,

- Creative Development Company,

- Al Faisal International Academy Institutes Training Company,

- Al Alson International Schools,

- Amjad Qurtuba Company for Educational Services.

Ataa Educational Company signed an agreement to acquire the entire shares of The Arabian Education and Training Group Holding Company for a total value of (138) million Saudi riyals, on 29-12-1442 AH corresponding to 8-8-2021.

This deal comes in line with Ataa Educational Company's strategy to expand its services in the educational and training sectors to provide distinguishing educational services to citizens and residents and to maximize the return on equity for the company's shareholders.
