ASX shareholding in IRESS Market Technology Limited

Today ASX informed IRESS Market Technology Limited (“IRESS”) that it had increased its shareholding in IRESS to 20,950,000 fully paid ordinary shares from its previous holding of 15,000,000 shares.

This restores the percentage of ASX’s long standing substantial shareholding in IRESS which has been diluted over a period.

ASX has no plans to further increase its holding in IRESS.
