ASX’s commitment to participate in IRESS AREO

ASX currently has a holding of 19.1% in IRESS. IRESS has announced today that it is undertaking a pro-rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer (Offer) on a 2 for 9 basis.

ASX has entered into a pre-commitment agreement with the underwriter of the Offer pursuant to which it has committed to participate in the institutional component of the Offer (Institutional Entitlement Offer) for its full entitlement of approximately $39.3 million in accordance with the announced Offer Timetable. ASX’s commitment remains in place so long as the Institutional Entitlement Offer proceeds and provided that the underwriter of the Offer does not validly terminate the underwriting agreement before settlement of the Institutional Entitlement Offer.
