Resignation of Directors – Russell Aboud and Shane Finemore

Mr Russell Aboud and Mr Shane Finemore have today advised the ASX Board of their resignation as directors of ASX Limited.

Accordingly, Mr Finemore will not stand for re-election at ASX’s Annual General Meeting on 25 September 2013.

Attached is an Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) for each of Mr Aboud and Mr Finemore.

ASX Chairman, Mr Rick Holliday-Smith thanked Mr Aboud and Mr Finemore for the valued contribution they have made since joining the ASX Board.
