Extension of Term Managing Director and CEO

The Board of ASX Limited and Mr Robert Elstone have agreed to extend the existing Executive Service Agreement under which Mr Elstone is employed as the Managing Director and CEO of ASX Limited.

The Executive Service Agreement is extended for a further two-year period from 25 July 2009 in accordance with the terms of that agreement. The extension is on the same terms as the existing agreement.
