On June 30, 2015, Astrotech Corporation (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders, pursuant to notice duly given, at 555 Forge River Road, Suite 100, Webster, Texas 77598. Of the 21,814,548 shares of common stock entitled to vote at such meeting, 18,914,412 shares, or 86.7% of the Company’s common stock, were present in person or by proxy.
