Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 30, 2015, Astro-Med, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the sale of a building held by its subsidiary in Rockland, Massachusetts to Allstate Glazing, Ltd. for $1,800,000 in cash. The sale of the real estate is not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s operations, as it is considered excess to the Company’s plant requirements.
