On February 9, 2006, Astro-Med, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it is rescheduling its Annual Shareholders’ meeting from Tuesday, May 9, 2006 to Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at 10:00 AM EDT in order to allow executives from the Company to present the Company’s growth plan and proprietary technologies at the American Electronics Association Financial Conference in Monterey, California on May 7-9, 2006. A copy of the Company’s press release regarding the above is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
