Top 20 Shareholders and Distribution Schedule

Consistent with the requirements of its admission to the Official List of the ASX Limited and following implementation of the scheme of arrangement to give effect to the redomicile of the Astron Group parent company from Hong Kong to Australia[1] , Astron Limited (ASX:ATR) ( Astron or the Company ) provides the following information in Appendix 1 as at 29 August 2025:

1. a final distribution schedule of the number and percentage of holders in the Company’s fully paid ordinary shares; and

2. a final statement setting out the names of the 20 largest holders of fully paid ordinary shares and the number and percentage of fully paid ordinary shares held by those holders.
