Cleansing Notice – CHESS Depositary Interests issued

Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Astron Corporation Limited ARBN 154 924 553 (ASX:ATR) ( Astron or Company ) gives this cleansing notice ( Cleansing Notice ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

On 18 March 2024, the Company announced the conversion of 10,000 Supplementary convertible notes held by Collins Street Asset Management Pty Ltd ( CSAM ) with a face value of $100 per note, converting at a price of $0.54 per CDI and the resulting issue of 1,851,852 CDIs ( Conversion CDIs ), being the conversion of the Supplementary convertible notes issued as the interest component.

The 1,851,852 Conversion CDIs were issued on 18 March 2024 and will rank equally with all other CDIs on issue.

The Company gives the following notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act:

• a) the Conversion CDIs were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

  • ii. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

  • iii. section 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meanings of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
