Astron Corporation Limited (ASX: ATR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Astron Corporation Limited (‘ATR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ATR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 17 October 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASTRON CORPORATION LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

I refer to our telephone conversation earlier today.

Astron Corporation Limited (ASX: ATR) ( Astron ) requests an immediate trading halt in ATR's securities pending an announcement to be made by Astron to the market in connection with an equity issue.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Astron provides the following information:

1. Astron expects that the trading halt will remain in place until the commencement of trading on 17 October 2024 unless, before that time, Astron requests that the trading halt be lifted.

2. Astron is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by ASX and does not believe that there is any further information which needs to be disclosed to the market at the time of seeking the trading halt.
