Astron Corporation Limited (ASX: ATR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Astron Corporation Limited (‘ATR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ATR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 17 October 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt

Astron Corporation Limited ( ASX: ATR , the Company ) request that a Trading Halt be granted immediately by ASX with respect to the Company’s securities, pending the release of an announcement regarding a material capital raising transaction.

The Company request that the Trading Halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above, or the commencement of trading on Monday, 17 October 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
