Change of company secretary and auditor

Astron Corporation Limited (ASX:ATR) (“Astron” or “Company”) has engaged Boardroom Corporate Services (HK) Limited as its Company Secretary.

Astron thanks McCabe’s Secretarial Services Ltd for its services as the previous Company Secretary.

Astron has engaged BDO Limited (in Hong Kong) as its auditor. BDO Limited will be assisted by BDO East Coast Partnership in Australia.

As Astron is incorporated in Hong Kong, Astron’s financial reports going forward will be prepared in accordance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards.
