Change of auditor

Astron Corporation Limited (ASX:ATR) (“Astron” or “Company”) intends to appoint BDO East Coast Partnership as its new auditor, however that appointment is subject to completing regulatory and other necessary formalities. Once Astron attends to those formalities, Astron will announce that new engagement.

Astron has received a notice of resignation from its auditor, Grant Thornton Australia.
