Resignation of Director

Mr Robert Flew has indicated his intention to resign as a director of Astron Corporation Ltd and its group companies with effect from 31 March 2015.

Mr Flew has been a director of Astron (and its predecessor Astron Ltd) for over 11 years and during that time has contributed with his vast experience in the resources sector, with a particular focus on Astron’s corporate governance and financial affairs.

Mr Flew’s resignation marks the end of his active involvement in business life, and following resignation Mr Flew proposes to enjoy retirement.

The board thank Robert for his significant contribution to Astron over the last 11 years and wish him all the best in his retirement.
