Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Mark Nielsen has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of Astron Corporation Limted effective 1 April 2013 in order to assume another role.

During the past four years Mark has played an intregral role in re-establishing the Group’s reporting and operational infrastructure after the sale of the majority of the business to Imerys in 2008. In addition, Mark successfully oversaw the Group’s re-domicilaition to Hong Kong, implemented the first phase of the Group’s new ERP system, provided commercial and financial input into the Donald and Senegal Projects and China operations and managed the day to day operations of the Group.

On behalf of the the board I would like to thank Mark for his contribution and wish him well in his future endevours.
