Annual report and other annual information for shareholders
On 1 October 2019, Astron Corporation Limited (ASX:ATR) (“Astron”) released its full year audited statutory accounts for the year ended 30 June 2019 on the ASX announcements platform (“Statutory Accounts”).
Astron is now pleased to release its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2019, which accompanies this announcement.
As a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, Astron is not required to publish an annual report or make any other annual disclosure of information for shareholders, other than the Statutory Accounts. However, Astron has prepared an annual report for its shareholders for consistency with Australian custom, and to provide information otherwise required under the ASX listing rules.
The annual report is to be read together with the Statutory Accounts for information required under ASX Listing Rule 4.10.
The Statutory Accounts include:

names of substantial holders and the number of securities held by them,
-
number of issued securities,
-
a distribution schedule for the number of holders in each class of equity security,
-
number of holders with less than a marketable parcel,
-
names of the 20 largest holders, and
-
a corporate directory including details of the company secretary, and other contact details).
The annual report document contains the corporate governance statement, review of operations and activities and other relevant information for shareholders.
