Closing Date for director nominations for 2022 AGM

Astron Corporation Limited (ASX:ATR) (“Astron” or “the Company”) confirms, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on 22 November 2022.

Under the Company’s constitution, valid nominations for the position of Director that are to be proposed by a member are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by no later than 15 November 2022, authenticated by that member, together with a consent to act as a director authenticated by the nominee, and a brief biography of the nominee.
