Closing Date for director nominations for 2021 AGM

Astron Corporation Limited (ASX:ATR) (“Astron” or “the company”) confirms, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 at 1 PM AEDT. As advised in the Notice of Annual General Meeting the meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.

Under the Company’s constitution, valid nominations for the position of Director that are to be proposed by a member are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by no later than 23 November 2021, authenticated by that member, together with a consent to act as a director authenticated by the nominee, and a brief biography of the nominee.
