Additional information on AGM presentation

The table referring to the JORC resources on the slide “Donald Project – Mineral Resource” is a summary of the competent persons report released to the stock exchange on the 12[th] of January 2006 titled ‘Donald Mineral Sands Project Resource Estimate Increase’.

The resource estimates were prepared by RL Webster, Senior Geologist AMC, located in Melbourne, and is classified as qualified to report on mineral resources under the current JORC code.
