The Company’s issued and outstanding common shares have been consolidated on the basis of one (1) new common share for every eight (8) existing common shares (the “ Consolidation ”). Trading in the Company’s common shares on a post-consolidated basis (CUSIP: 04640L200) commenced at the opening of trading on June 11, 2021. Upon completion of the Consolidation, the Company had approximately 10,437,901 common shares issued and outstanding.

The Company’s name and trading symbol remain unchanged.
