Astrocast SA - Annual general meeting held
Astrocast SA held its annual general meeting on 28 June 2022 at 10:00 am (CEST).
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the annual general meeting dated 7 June 2022, as further set out in the minutes from the general meeting attached hereto.
