Astrocast SA – Extraordinary general meeting

Lausanne, Switzerland – 29 September 2021: Astrocast SA ("Astrocast") held an extraordinary general meeting on 29 September 2021 at 11:00 am (CEST).

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the extraordinary general meeting dated 6 September 2021. The minutes from the general meeting are attached hereto.
