FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 20-F WITH THE US SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION

AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announced today that, on 6 March 2018, it filed its 2017 Annual Report on Form 20-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
