On 8 February 2014, Bruce Burlington, a Director of the Company notified us that, on 7 February 2014, he purchased 500 AstraZeneca American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price of $62.92 per ADS.

One AstraZeneca ADS equals one AstraZeneca PLC Ordinary Share of $0.25.

Following this purchase, Mr Burlington has a total interest in 2,053 AstraZeneca shares.
