AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that, on 10 June 2024, it was notified by Pascal Soriot, Chief Executive Officer, that, on 10 June 2024 , Mr Soriot ceased to be beneficially interested in 297,418 Ordinary Shares of $0.25 each in the Company, following the gift of those shares to family members for nil consideration.
