Director Declaration

AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) today announced that Sheri McCoy, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a director of Stryker Corporation following the conclusion of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders with effect from 2 May 2018.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 R (2).
