Bengaluru, May 30, 2025: AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited (the Company), a science-led biopharmaceu�cal company, today announced its full year performance for the financial year April 2024March 2025. The Company sustained its momentum from previous quarters and recorded a significant year-on-year growth across therapeu�c areas, achieving a 32% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year.

Since 2023, the Company has delivered 14 approvals across its por�olio- Oncology, Biopharmaceu�cal, Rare Disease.

In FY ’24- ‘25 the company announced regulatory approvals for:

Palivizumab (50mg/0.5mL): Following the receipt of approval from Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) in September 2023, the Company launched Palivizumab (50mg/0.5ml) in October 2024. This monoclonal an�body is indicated for the preven�on of serious lower respiratory tract disease caused by respiratory syncy�al virus (RSV) in high-risk paediatric pa�ents.

Tremelimumab (25mg/mL) : Following DCGI approval in May 2023, the company launched Tremelimumab in October 2024. Tremelimumab in combina�on with Durvalumab (Imfinzi) is indicated for the treatment of pa�ents with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC).

Durvalumab – Addi�onal Indica�on (NSCLC) : Secured Central Drugs Standard Control Organiza�on’s (CDSCO) approval in September 2024 for an addi�onal indica�on—neoadjuvant and adjuvant use in resectable NSCLC (tumors ≥4 cm and/or node-posi�ve), in combina�on with chemotherapy and as monotherapy post-surgery.

Olaparib + Durvalumab (Endometrial Cancer) : Received CDSCO approval for the addi�onal indica�on for the maintenance treatment of adult pa�ents with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer who have not progressed following first-line treatment with Durvalumab in combina�on with pla�num-based chemotherapy.

Budesonide/Glycopyrronium/Formoterol: Approved by CDSCO in December 2023 and launched in January 2025, this is indicated for maintenance treatment in adults with chronic obstruc�ve pulmonary disease (COPD) to relieve symptoms and prevent exacerba�ons.

Eculizumab (300mg/30mL) : Approved for import and distribu�on by CDSCO, this is indicated for the treatment of Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) and atypical Hemoly�c Uremic Syndrome (aHUS) to inhibit complement – mediated thrombo�c microangiopathy.

Durvalumab – Addi�onal Indica�on : Gained CDSCO approval in March 2025 for use of Durvalumab in combina�on with Tremelimumab for the treatment of pa�ents with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC)

Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate (5g/10g): Received CDSCO permission for import and sale in March 2025. This novel oral suspension significantly improves hyperkalaemia management in adults, commonly associated with cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic condi�ons.

Durvalumab: Addi�onal Indica�on : Gained CDSCO approval in March 2025 for use of Durvalumab for the treatment of pa�ents with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC) whose disease has not progressed following pla�num-based chemoradia�on therapy (CRT).

Partnership for Health System Sustainability and Resilience (PHSSR) commissioned independent report was presented at the Embassy of Sweden in the presence of key dignitaries from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, key influencers from the healthcare ecosystem followed by a deep delibera�on on how private and public sectors need to jointly priori�se areas of concern that emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic and prepare the Indian health system to tackle crises when needed.
