The Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval by the shareholders, has re-appointed Mr. Narayan K Seshadri, the Independent Director of the Company whose tenure is expiring on September 29, 2019, as an Independent Director of the Company for second term of appointment as an Independent Director with effect from September 30, 2019 to hold office for five consecutive years ending on September 29,2024.

Mr. N arayao K Seshadri is a Chartered Accountant with over 3 decades of experience in field of finance, account, tax, business consulting.

He is not related to any other director of the Company.
