Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that:

Ms. Revathy Ashok (DIN: 00057539), Non-Executive Independent Director, has stepped down from the position of Chairman of Stakeholders' Relationship Committee in the Company with effect from October 28, 2019. Ms. Revathy Ashok however continues as a Member of the said Committee.

The aforesaid change is in view of election made by Ms. Revathy Ashok pursuant to Regulation 26 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with regard to the maximum number of Committees (across all public companies) in which a director may hold Chairmanship position.

The Company will keep the stock exchanges informed on election of new Chairman to the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee in due course.
