The Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Marwaha (DIN 01458768) as an Executive Director of the Company for a term of 3 years with effect from December 2, 2019.

Mr. Rajesh Marwaha currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director and his present term of office as Executive Director comes to an end on December 1, 2019.

The said reappointment is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other approvals as may be necessary under the Companies Act, 2013.

Mr. Rajesh Marwaha is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years of Indian and International working experience. His experience includes various roles in FMCG, Home appliances, Pharmaceutical and Retail Mail sector. He is not related to any other director of the Company.
