Astral Resources NL (ASX: AAR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Astral Resources NL (‘AAR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AAR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 28 April 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASTRAL RESOURCES NL - REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Astral Resources NL (ASX: AAR) (the “Company ” ) requests an immediate trading halt of its securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

2. The Company requests for the trading halt to continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Friday 28 April 2023 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

3. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
