SPP OFFER CLOSING DATE EXTENDED

Astral Resources NL (ASX:AAR) (the Company ) refers to the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) announced on 31 July 2023 and advises that the closing date for applications has been extended to 5:00pm (WST) on Friday 8 September 2023 ( Closing Date ) to allow Eligible Shareholders more time to consider and respond to the Offer.
