i. The Special Businesses as set forth in the Notice of EOGM will be transacted only through voting by electronic means. ii. The remote e-voting will commence at 9:00 a.m.(IST) on Tuesday February 28, 2023 iii. The remote e-voting shall end at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Thursday, March 2, 2023, and once the vote on the resolutions is cast by the member, the members shall not be allowed to change it subsequently.
