Tabuk will hold the Marketing Authorization for the product during the term of the Agreement.

In addition to the above, the agreement scope includes obtaining and maintaining any required authorization including registration of the products with SFDA and carrying out pharmacovigilance activities. It also includes providing suitable handling of the products for the distribution to wholesalers, hospitals, clinics and others.

The agreement also gives Tabuk the possibility to discuss expanded business opportunities involving Moderna in the Kingdom or outside the Kingdom for Moderna products other than the COVID 19 Vaccines and its variants if authorized in the future. Contract Duration 3 years renewable upon both parties consent. Financial Impact and the Relevant Period It difficult to assess the financial impact of this agreement since it is related to the level of supply and sales to the market which is dependent successful registration of the products.
