Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 (the "Notice of AGM") which can be viewed on the Company's website at www.astonmartinlagonda.com/investor/shareholder-information and which will be distributed to shareholders shortly.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 17 May 2023 at 10:30am at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, 100 Bishopsgate, London EC2P 2SR.
In accordance with rule 9.6.1R of the Listing Rules, the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will, in due course be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
