Sub: Intimation of Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Ref: Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 11, 2021 have noted the registration of Ms. Puja Aggarwal from the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, which shall be effective from the closure of business hours on August 14, 2021.

The Board places on record its appreciation for the contributions made by Ms. Puja Aggarwal during her tenure with the Company.

The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Kiran R Baddi as Compliance officer of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on August 14, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In this regard, as per Circular Number CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 pertaining to continuous disclosure requirements for Listed Entities under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed Annexure I for your records.

Kindly take the above said information on record as per the requirement of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
