ASSYSTEM PUBLISHES ITS INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2016

(ISIN: FR0000074148 - ASY) announces that, pursuant to article L. 451-1-2 of the French Code Monétaire et Financier and articles 222-4 to 222-6 of the French Règlement général de l'Autorité des Marchés Financiers, it has filed today with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers its half-year financial report as of 30 June 2016.
