Gilbert Vidal in Charge of Investor Relations

After contributing to the Group's development and international expansion for 10 years, Jean-François Lours is stepping down as Vice Chairman of the Assystem Management Board on 28 December 2009.
We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours and just as much success.
As of today, Gilbert Vidal, Chief Financial Officer, is in charge of Analyst and Investor Relations.
