Assystem acquires Onyx Promavi, rounding out its project management offering
Assystem – via its Energy & Infrastructure division – has just acquired the entire capital of the French company, Onyx Promavi, from its founder, Charles Ziz.
Onyx Promavi, which generates €5 million in annual revenue, specializes in major French and international infrastructure projects and has a high-quality portfolio of clients in the energy, environment, transport and defence sectors. It employs 50 experts specialised in project planning, cost control, deadline management and risk management and who have specific skills in configuring and using collaborative digital tools.
Through this acquisition, Assystem's Energy & Infrastructure division has enhanced the business processes and client portfolio of its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) business, which is dedicated to supporting complex projects subject to significant regulatory constraints.
Commenting on the transaction, Christian Jeanneau, CEO of Assystem E&I in France, stated "Onyx Promavi's teams have a wealth of recognised know-how that they have built up under the stewardship of the company's founder, Charles Ziz.
