Revenue for the period ended 30 September 2015

Nine-month and third-quarter 2015 consolidated revenue and year-on-year changes (unaudited)

Consolidated revenue rose by 3.1% in the first nine months of 2015, with organic growth coming in at 3.3% excluding the impact of a decrease in staffing activities.

Third-quarter revenue posted by the Energy & Infrastructure division rose sharply, with the nuclear business returning to a solid pace of growth as expected.

Revenue generated by the Global Product Solutions division in the third quarter of 2015 was once again fuelled by strong momentum in the automotive sector. In the aerospace business, revenue stabilised (excluding the impact of a decline in LAK 1 activities), and was up significantly in France.

WORKFORCE AND BILLING RATE

The Group had 11,432 employees at 30 September 2015, representing a net increase of 196 people compared with the beginning of the year based on a constant Group structure. The operational billing rate for the first nine months of 2015 came to 90.3%, virtually unchanged from the 90.4% reported for the same period of 2014.

OUTLOOK FOR FULL-YEAR 2015

Assystem is standing by its objectives for full-year 2015, namely:

  • to achieve reported year-on-year revenue growth of between 3% and 4%; and
  • to increase its operating margin compared with the 6% recorded in 2014.
