Third-Quarter 2008 Revenue: €160.2 Million Like-for-Like Growth: 6.4%

D (Paris - 6 November 2008) - Assystem S.A. (ISIN: FR0000074148 - ASY), a leader in engineering and innovation consulting services, today announced its revenue for the third quarter of 2008, which ended 30 September.

• D Organic growth in France was close to $10\%$ in the third quarter, while international revenue was down merely 1.6% at constant exchange rates.
• $\blacksquare$ The Energy, Nuclear and Pharmaceuticals activities stepped up their expansion, recording growth of more than 22% for the quarter.
• $\blacksquare$ The Facilities Management BU continued to grow at a steady pace, reporting a gain of 18%.
• Automotive revenue was up 4.7% in the third quarter and 11.2% in the first nine months.
• The Technologies BU expanded slightly at constant scope of consolidation, rising 2.2% in the quarter and $1.1\%$ in the first nine months.
• $\blacksquare$ The Aerospace BU saw revenue dip 2.5% at constant exchange rates in the quarter, despite a 5.3% increase in France
• At 30 September 2008. Assystem had 9.575 employees, an increase of 644 from 31 December 2007.
• I The Group maintains its operating profit target of between $\epsilon$ 39 million and $\epsilon$ 43 million for full-vear 2008.
