Change of Registered Office Address

Assura plc ("Assura" or "the Company"), the UK's leading primary care property investor and developer, announces that the Company's registered office address has changed to 3 Barrington Road, Altrincham, WA14 1GY with immediate effect.

In line with Assura's net zero carbon ambition, plans are in place to renovate and refurbish the building to minimise energy consumption, with works including window replacement, improvements to thermal insulation of the building fabric, enhanced building controls and extensive use of recycled materials where possible.
