Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Jonathan Murphy has acquired 19,964 Ordinary Shares at 75.13p into his SIPP
· Jayne Cottam has acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 74.99p into her share account and 26,650 Ordinary Shares at 74.99p into her ISA. In addition, Andy Cottam (Jayne's husband) has acquired 26,650 Ordinary Shares at 74.99p into his ISA.
Following the transactions, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Murphy and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares is 2,448,263 and the total beneficial interest of Jayne Cottam and her connected persons in the Ordinary Shares is 331,175.
