Director/PDMR Shareholding

Assura plc ("Assura" or "the Company"), the UK's leading primary care property investor and developer, announces that further to the release on 21 March 2016, Graham Roberts, Chief Executive has completed the sale of 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at 52.33 pence per share. As indicated in the announcement of the 21 March 2016 the net proceeds will be gifted to charities primarily supporting medical and humanitarian causes. 

Following the transaction Mr. Roberts has a beneficial interest in 4,000,000 shares representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
