Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 15 March 2016 Jonathan Murphy, Finance Director, transferred 52,267 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP account and 29,000 Ordinary Shares into his ISA account at an average price of 54.29 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following the transaction Mr. Murphy's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 957,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
