PDMR Sale of Shares under VCP

Further to the announcement made on 25 September 2015 Assura plc, the leading primary care property investor and developer confirms that Andrew Darke, Paul Carroll, Spencer Kenyon and Carolyn Jones, being persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") (but not directors) in the Company have completed the sale of 750,000, 81,939, 75,308 and 62,799 shares respectively at an average price of 53.73 pence per share.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
