Further to the admission of 414,252,873 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each on 15 October 2014 ("Admission") issued in connection with the Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer and Offer for Subscription announced on 24 September 2014 (the "Transaction"), Assura announces the following changes to the share interests of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their connected persons:
