Assura plc announces that the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, Simon Laffin has joined the Board of Watkin Jones as an Independent Non-Executive Director.  Based in Bangor, North Wales, Watkin Jones is a leading UK developer and constructor of multi occupancy property assets, with a focus on the student accommodation sector.
