Notice of Annual General Meeting

Assura is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on 30 September 2025 at 11.00 am BST at the offices of Lazard & Co., Limited, 20 Manchester Square, London, W1U 3PZ.

The notice of AGM, Assura's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (the "Annual Report") and a form of proxy have been made available to shareholders as an electronic communication, together with hard copies being posted today for shareholders who have requested them.

The notice of AGM and the Annual Report are now available on Assura's website at https://www.assuraplc.com/investor-relations/reports-and-presentations . In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the notice of AGM and the Annual Report have also been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions in respect of the business of the AGM for the board of directors to consider. Questions may be submitted in advance to [email protected] by 11.00 am BST on 26 September 2025, and the board will aim to respond to any such questions relevant to the business of the AGM. Further information is set out in the notice of the AGM.

Shareholders wishing to vote at the AGM are strongly encouraged to do so by completing a form of proxy.
